So, I realise I haven't updated my Journal for well over a year now. But I just wanted to give a quick update to anyone who cares. (And I doubt there will be mroe than one person who cares)

I turned 18 back in March, so I'm now officially a grown-up. I passed my A-levels with 3A*s and an A, and I'm now studying for a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Nottingham. My first couple have weeks have been good. I've started introducing myself as AJ, so loads of people now call me that. I've joined the Quidditch Society, which is really fun, and has lots of people that I can connect with over a shared love of HP, and I've signed up to work backstage in the musical theatre group 'Musicality' who are putting on a production of a musical called 'Curtains'.

Over the holiday I watched all of The Big Bang Theory, and How I Met Your Mother online, so I'm a big fan of those now. I also have started to get into Dungeons and Dragons, and have a gaming group back in Southend. We're gonna start our first adventure over christmas, and I'm gonna play Game Master, so it could be interesting. I might post some Deviations and Stories about my campaign setting here, if anyones interested... maybe.

I'm really just doing this to waist time before I go to bed... I shoudln't be up this late... but hey, late nights are what uni is all about. So what if I'm not out partying or drinking, I can have fun on my own with my laptop.

Goodnight Everybody!

Or Good Morning, as you probably won't be reading this until then... meh.

The Quidditch Society? That sounds cool. Turns out that the college I go to only has two societies that have yet to be set up; a PC gamer society, and an anime society. Curiously, I have no real desire to join either of them.

Always wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons myself too...
